This Is A Wholesale Only "Cash And Carry" And Order Writing Show
In case you were not able to go, here are some
Embassy Suites Nashville South Cool Springs, Franklin, TN (the same
hotel as the 2014 Nashville show).

Reserve Your Exhibit Suite Now
rooms have been reserved!! Here is a floor layout showing
the trade show exhibit rooms. To add your
name to the Waiting List, fill out the exhibiting
form and enter "first available" for room number.
Reserve your exhibit room online. Use this form to reserve
your room location.
There are some less desirable rooms available without a window on main
walkway. These rooms end with the numbers 05, 12, 21, 28. They may be
reserved as exhibitor rooms with the knowledge that there is less
visibility and may need extra signage.
The Complete Registration Form Will Be Emailed To You On October 30,
The complete registration form will be emailed on October 30, 2014. This is where you
can provide the information for the show directory, room sign, tables,
etc. We will need this information by November 28, 2014. Payment is not
due until November 29, 2014 (partial payment of $300) and January 7,
2015 (balance due).
Cost to Exhibit
The basic cost to exhibit is only $650
This Basic Cost Includes
- Registration fee
- 3 nights in the Embassy Suites (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
nights) for single or double occupancy. This two room suite can
serve as your
exhibit room and sleeping room.
- Free wi-fi connection
- Full breakfast buffet each morning
- Free manager's reception each evening
- Free use of hotel pool, sauna, whirlpool, and fitness center
- Free parking
- Listing in the show directory
- Sign with your business name for your room
Additional Optional Charges
- Additional nights are available at the special buyer's room rate
of $165 per night ($139 plus tax of 17.25%). [This rate is subject
to availability. Single or double occupancy. Rate for additional
occupancy is $10 plus tax per person. Does not include gratuity or
other room charges]. Most exhibitors choose to book their room for
Thursday night, but this is optional. You will request the
additional nights in the complete registration which will be emailed
to you October 30, 2014 (do not contact the hotel). See the Question Section below
about check-in times and setup times.
- The larger premium corner suites cost an additional $24 per
night ($20 plus tax)
- Tables. Foldup camping style tables are inexpensive to buy, but
tables will be available to rent (charge to be determined)
- Color logo in the show directory listing and on your
- Advertising in the show directory
Get involved. Volunteer to sponsor a class! Here is more
information on classes.
Check-In And Setup Times. Check in time previously was 3 pm, but the new
hotel policy is 4 pm. Check out
time for the previous night's guest is 12 noon. When your exhibit room
is available depends on when the previous night's guest checks out. Although some rooms may
be available to start setting up before 4 pm Friday, if you definitely
want to start setting up before 4 pm, you must reserve the
extra night (Thursday) through us (not through the hotel). This is the only way to ensure
that you have the same room for your entire stay. You will make this
request in the complete registration form that will be emailed to you
October 30, 2014.
Shipping To The Show. The hotel can accept UPS and FedEx
type packages, but it can not accept shipments on a pallet (truck
shipments). For most shipments by UPS or FedEx there will not be a
charge to the exhibitor, BUT the hotel reserves the right to charge for
shipments that cause extra work. This would include shipments that are
labeled incorrectly, or unusually large or heavy. We can not be
responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Sharing An Exhibit Room. We would naturally prefer that exhibitors have
their own exhibit room, but sharing a room will be allowed. There will
be an additional $160 registration fee for the second business. The
second business will get its own door sign and a separate listing in the
show directory. Especially for new businesses, the first trade show can
be daunting. If you know a new business owner, offer to answer any
questions that they have about exhibiting.
Extra Sleeping Rooms. If you need an extra sleeping
suite (in addition to your exhibit suite) you have two choices: You can
book directly with the hotel at the special buyer's rate. Rooms booked
through the hotel are NOT assigned a location until check-in. Or you can
reserve one of the four corner suites on each floor (rooms -05, -12,
-21, and -28) when you reserve your exhibit room.
These rooms are assigned by us, but they do not earn Hilton HHonors
points (see below). To reserve a sleeping room (not an exhibit room)
through the hotel you can call the Embassy Suites directly at
615-515-5151. Tell them you are with the 2015 Nashville Spring
Needlework Market sponsored by Yarn Tree and the Needlework
Retailer to receive the special rate.
Hilton HHonor Points. Unfortunately, exhibitors will
not earn Hilton HHonor points for their exhibit room. Buyers and
exhibitors can earn Hilton HHonor points for sleeping rooms (not exhibit
rooms) that are
booked at the special show rate directly with the hotel. Rooms that are
booked directly with the hotel are NOT assigned a location until
