Market will be held Friday March 7, 2025 - Sunday March 9, 2025
The premier wholesale trade show for cross stitch.
This Is A Wholesale Only "Cash And Carry" And Order Writing Show.
Location
Embassy Suites Nashville South Cool Springs, Franklin, TN (the same
hotel as last year).

Cost to Exhibit (2025)
The basic cost to exhibit is only $1071
AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY MAKING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS. The
complete show registration will be sent out in the Fall. At that time we
will ask for the information for the show directory, number of tables,
extra nights in your exhibitor suite, nametags for helpers, etc. We do not need a deposit at this time. After the final registration
in the fall we will send you an invoice.
Please note that 4 hotel nights (Thursday,
Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are included in the basic cost to exhibit.
The Nashville Needlework Market is sponsored by Yarn Tree and
Needlework Retailer.
The Basic Cost Includes
- Registration fee of $275
- 4 nights in the Embassy Suites (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday nights) for single or double occupancy ($199 per night). Rate
for additional occupancy is $10/night plus tax per person. This
two room suite serves as your exhibit room and sleeping room. The
larger corner suites cost an additional $30 per night.
- Free listing in the show directory
- Free door sign with your business name for your room
- Free wi-fi
- Full breakfast buffet each morning
- Free manager's reception each evening
- Free use of hotel pool, sauna, whirlpool, and fitness center
- Free parking

Nashville Cookbook
• The
collaborative cookbook has been successful in previous years. There will be no advertising in the cookbook.
• Each Exhibitor and attending Retailer will receive 1 cookbook as
a gift at the show. Additional
cookbooks will only be available for sale exclusively to attendees of
the 2024 Nashville Needlework Market.
Optional Additional Charges (2025)
- Additional Nights are available at the special buyer's room rate
of $199 per night ($169 plus tax of 17.75%). [Single or double occupancy. Rate for additional
occupancy is $10/night plus tax per person. Does not include gratuity or
other room charges]. You will be able to request additional nights in
your exhibitor suite at the discounted rate later this fall. Do not reserve through the hotel because they do
not know your exhibiting suite number.
- The larger premium Corner Suites cost an additional $30 per
night.
- Tables and table covers are 6ft/$30 and 8ft/$40 (Price
subject to change. We will take the information but you will be billed by the hotel)
- Color Logo or photo in the show directory AND on your door sign:

- Show Directory Advertising $110 for a full page (5.5"x8.5") ad
from your computer file. We can layout a basic ad for $75.
- Buyer's Registration Packet Insert $110. We can print and
insert your 8.5"x11" color flyer into the Buyer's Packet (Full color
on glossy paper. Printed one side only from your .pdf file. Bleeds
allowed.). This
will be limited to 15 inserts. 1 per exhibitor.
- Exhibitor's Registration Packet Insert $100. We can print and
insert your 8.5"x11" color flyer into the Buyer's Packet (Full color
on glossy paper. Printed one side only from your .pdf file. Bleeds
allowed). This
will be limited to 15 inserts. 1 per exhibitor.
- Classroom rental $50/hour. (Or free for business classes).
- Receiving boxes shipped to the hotel will be billed by the
hotel. $5 for boxes up to 36" x 24" x 24". $10 for larger boxes.
$75 for pallets (contact the hotel). Boxes that require additional
labor may be charged extra.
Shared Exhibit Rooms
Sharing an exhibit room is allowed. There will
be an additional $250 registration fee for the second business. The
second business will get its own door sign and a separate listing in the
show directory. Especially for new businesses, the first trade show can
be daunting. If you know a new business owner, offer to share a table in
your exhibitor suite.
Questions
Check-In And Setup Times. Check in time is 4 pm.
When your exhibit room is actually available depends in large part when
the previous night's guest checks out.
Shipping To The Show. The hotel can accept UPS, FedEx,
and USPS mail shipments. Shipments on a pallet (truck
shipments) can be sent to the hotel, but you should make arrangements
with the hotel. See above for rates. The hotel reserves the right to charge
extra for
shipments that cause extra work. This would include shipments that are
labeled incorrectly, or unusually large or heavy. We can not be
responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping After The Show. Exhibitors will be
responsible for arranging outgoing shipments. There is a UPS and FedEx
shipping store close to the hotel. Boxes with either UPS or FedEx
shipping labels can be left with the front desk. You will be responsible
for arranging pick up with the carrier.
Extra Sleeping Rooms. If you need an extra sleeping
suite (in addition to your exhibit suite) you can book directly with the
hotel at the buyer's rate of $199 per night. Rooms booked through the
hotel are NOT assigned a location until check-in. To reserve a sleeping
room (not an exhibit room) through the hotel, contact Needlework
Retailer by email to receive the discount code.
Hilton HHonor Points. Unfortunately, exhibitors will
not earn Hilton HHonor points for their exhibit room. Buyers and
exhibitors can earn Hilton HHonor points for sleeping rooms (not exhibit
rooms) that are
booked at the special show rate directly with the hotel. Rooms that are
booked directly with the hotel are NOT assigned a location until
check-in.
Request An Exhibitor Suite
Exhibitor registration will occur in steps.
- Now through August 1: Exhibitors in last year's show will first
have an opportunity to reserve their same room.
- About August 1 there will be a few days where we work on
requests from prior exhibitors to move rooms.
- Next will be registration for new exhibitors.
